Taxes are 14% per room per night and are subject to change. The Four Seasons Hotel requires a credit card to hold the reservation. They accept all major credit cards. Hotel checkin is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 1:00 PM. If you require an overnight room reservation, please call the Four Seasons Hotel directly at 215-963-1500. Please reference “Penn Carotid Course” when making your reservation. The room block rates are guaranteed until room block is filled or until March 28, 2006, whichever comes first. Embassy Suites A limited block of rooms has also been reserved at the Embassy Suites, 1776 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA. Embassy Suites is located across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel. Our special group rate at Embassy Suites is $159.00 per night (single or double occupancy). Taxes are 14% per room per night and are subject to change. Embassy Suites requires a credit card to hold the reservation. They accept all major credit cards. Hotel checkin is 4:00 PM, check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please reference “Penn Carotid Course” when making your reservation. The room block rates are guaranteed until room block is filled or until April 10, 2006, whichever comes first.
